Project Request Terms

A request is not an agreement

Submitting the project request form is a request for review only. It does not create a contract, guarantee that the project will be accepted, or set a price. No work is scheduled until Brad confirms it directly with you.

Review and acceptance

Every request is reviewed individually. A project may be declined for reasons including:

• Safety concerns or conditions that cannot be worked safely
• Scope beyond our abilities, tools, or equipment
• Work that requires licensed or specialized trade professionals
• Scheduling conflicts, travel distance, or seasonal limits
• Any project we do not believe we can complete well

If a project is outside our limits, we will say so honestly and, where possible, suggest a better direction.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. Some projects require an onsite review before a price can be confirmed. Pricing reflects scope, estimated time, materials, equipment, disposal, travel, and site conditions.

If conditions on site differ meaningfully from what was described, work will pause and the estimate will be revisited with you before continuing.

Supervision and who performs the work

Brad reviews, estimates, schedules, and supervises every project. Jase participates only in age-appropriate tasks under direct parental supervision. All communication goes through Brad.

Property access and authorization

By submitting a request you confirm you are the property owner or are authorized to request work on the property. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards, underground utilities, pets, irrigation lines, and any restrictions that affect the work.

Not a licensed contractor

Two Thunder Wolves Academy is not a licensed contracting business. We take on practical projects that do not require specialized trade licensing. Electrical, plumbing, roofing, structural, gas, tree removal, and similar work will be declined.

Scheduling, weather, and cancellation

Outdoor work depends on weather and ground conditions. Storms, wet ground, extreme heat or cold, or unsafe conditions may cause rescheduling. Either side may cancel or reschedule a project by contacting the other as early as possible.

Payment

Payment methods are being finalized. Accepted methods will be confirmed in your estimate.

Photos and promotional use

Project photos are only posted publicly with your separate, explicit permission. You are never required to grant promotional permission in order to request or receive service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project grows. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version.
